一.“預(yù)防式”服務(wù)
     “Preventive” Service
自客戶簽訂合同期期間,SSB即開始為客戶策劃備件清單,操作手冊(cè)。
Start from the contract being signed, SSB shall begin to prepare Spare Parts List and Operation Manual for customers.
向客戶推薦易損件和易耗件,提前為客戶做好備件計(jì)劃,準(zhǔn)備備件。
Recommend quick-wear parts to customers in order to help customers make good spare parts plan and prepare these parts.
根據(jù)客戶需求在SSB青島提供初級(jí)的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn),也可根據(jù)客戶需求在SSB德國進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
Based on customer demand, SSB Qingdao can provide primary system training or the training can also be held in SSB Germany.
二.“組裝廠伴隨式”服務(wù)
     “Accompany in Assembly Plant” Service
從用戶組裝廠調(diào)試開始即進(jìn)入專業(yè)的服務(wù)工程師全程跟隨服務(wù)
Professional service engineer shall provide whole-course service since the debugging in customer’s assembly plant.
通過與客戶溝通獲取客戶的組裝和調(diào)試計(jì)劃
To get installation and debugging plan after communicate with customers.
根據(jù)計(jì)劃安排備件和人員準(zhǔn)時(shí)到組裝廠。
Arrange spare parts and engineer to arrive at assembly plant punctually in accordance with the plan.
首先對(duì)安裝調(diào)試人員進(jìn)行初級(jí)培訓(xùn)
First of all, installation and debugging person shall receive primary training.
工廠調(diào)試發(fā)現(xiàn)問題服務(wù)工程師隨時(shí)在組裝廠解決
During the debugging in plant, service engineer shall solve the problem occurs at any time.

三.“現(xiàn)場調(diào)試“服務(wù)
    “On-site Debugging” Service
風(fēng)機(jī)在風(fēng)場安裝完成后,為使風(fēng)機(jī)順利進(jìn)入調(diào)試階段,服務(wù)工程師會(huì)配合客戶和客戶的其他分包商共同使風(fēng)機(jī)在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)入發(fā)電狀態(tài)。
After installation of wind turbine, in order to let it enter debugging stage successfully, service engineer shall cooperate with customer and customer’s sub-contractor to make wind turbine get into generating stage in the shortest time.
四.“240h 測試”服務(wù)
    “240h Test” Service
風(fēng)機(jī)在風(fēng)場調(diào)試完成后,為使風(fēng)機(jī)順利進(jìn)入商業(yè)運(yùn)行,服務(wù)工程師會(huì)配合客戶和客戶的其他分包商共同使風(fēng)機(jī)穩(wěn)定的通過240h測試。
After debugging of wind turbine in wind farm, in order to let it achieve commercial operation successfully, service engineer shall cooperate with customer and customer’s sub-contractor to make it pass 240h test steadily.
五.“故障響應(yīng)”服務(wù)
    “Fault Response” Service
每周7天,每天24小時(shí),全天候服務(wù)熱線支持---400 622 1136
7 days a week, 24 hours a day, full-time(7/24) service hotline support---400 622 1136
在接到現(xiàn)場故障電話后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況在48小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場處理故障,保證客戶風(fēng)機(jī)盡快恢復(fù)運(yùn)行。
After receive phone call about on site fault, in terms of the on site condition, engineer shall arrive at the site within 48 hours to handle with the fault and ensure customer’s wind turbine to resume operation as soon as possible.
備件的及時(shí)到達(dá)服務(wù),根據(jù)客戶的需求時(shí)限,采取不同的物流服務(wù)。
Arrive in time service for spare parts. According to the required time limit of customer, different logistics services shall be adopted.
六.“定期回訪“服務(wù)
    “Regular Return Visit” Service
定期的對(duì)風(fēng)場風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行情況回訪,將出現(xiàn)的問題錄入系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行綜合分析,掌握易損件和易耗件的趨勢(shì),為客戶提供分析結(jié)果,為客戶做好備件計(jì)劃提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。
Pay regular return visit to the running conditions of wind turbine. Input the problem occurs into system for comprehensive analysis. Master the trend of quick-wear parts, provide analysis results for customer and offer accurate data basis to customer for spare parts plan.
了解風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行情況和使用中的問題,為設(shè)計(jì)部門提供改進(jìn)建議,不斷完善系統(tǒng)。
To know running conditions and problems arising in the use of wind turbine. Provide design department the suggestions for improvement and perfect the system continually.
為客戶制定安全運(yùn)行定期檢查計(jì)劃,使系統(tǒng)常年運(yùn)行在可靠的狀態(tài)下。
Make regular inspection plan for customer’s safe operation and let the system operate in reliable condition throughout the year.
七.“系統(tǒng)檔案和服務(wù)信息”支持服務(wù)
    “System Files and Service Information” Support Service
建立自系統(tǒng)發(fā)貨后的跟蹤服務(wù),在數(shù)據(jù)庫中建立了客戶檔案,系統(tǒng)部件信息檔案等,為更好的提供質(zhì)保和提供長期的備件服務(wù)留下可靠的數(shù)據(jù)。
Build tracked service since delivery and build Customer Files, System Spare Parts Information Files, etc. in data base in order to keep reliable data for better warranty and long-term spare parts service.

Provide different spare parts list according to different customers. Customers can login SSB Website System, select the needed spare parts on the basis of Part No., etc., submit Spare Parts Purchase List and ask for quotation.
