SSB自主研發(fā)的大功率變槳系統(tǒng)首臺應(yīng)用于上海電氣3.6MW的海上風(fēng)機，該風(fēng)機于2010年8月并網(wǎng)成功。此臺變槳系統(tǒng)是SSB技術(shù)工程部花費近半年時間自主研發(fā)，攻克各方面技術(shù)難題，成功研制出抗鹽，抗腐以及防潮均滿足C4標準的大功率變槳系統(tǒng)。此外，SSB還將在大兆瓦級風(fēng)機上的領(lǐng)先經(jīng)驗應(yīng)用在了浙江運達2.5MW, 金風(fēng)3.0MW和東汽2.5MW等風(fēng)機產(chǎn)品上。以上并網(wǎng)成功的案例和客戶對于SSB變槳系統(tǒng)的認可充分說明SSB在風(fēng)電行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，創(chuàng)新能力，可靠性。
SEwind 3.6MW offshore wind turbine adopts SSB self-developed large Mega Watt pitch system, which is the very first pitch system to offshore turbine made in China. This turbine was successfully connected into grid by August of 2010. This pitch system development took almost half a year and was done by SSB technical and engineering department. After conquering various technical difficulties the system has proved to be fully competent as anti-salt, anticorrosion and moisture proof. Besides, SSB advanced pitch system experience was also applied to Yunda 2.5MW, Goldwind 3.0MW and Dongfang Turbine 2.5MW. All those successful experience and customer’s recognition represents the leading technical advantages, great innovation and reliability.
